It becomes compulsory in ALL AIA applications (not only in those for which the topic is dealt with in the relevant BATC) that a description be present:
- ‘of the installation's emission sources, INCLUDING ODORS’;
- ‘the type and extent of foreseeable emissions, INCLUDING ODORS, of the installation in each environmental compartment as well as an identification of the significant effects of the emissions on the environment’.
